BetNjet Terms Governing Accounts, Play, Payments and Promotions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BetNjet website, account, casino games, sportsbook, promotions, loyalty programme, payment services and support channels. By registering, depositing, placing a bet or otherwise using the services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and any product or promotion rules incorporated into them.

1. Definitions

Account means the personal profile registered in your name. Player means the eligible adult who owns and controls that account. Real-money balance means cleared funds not subject to bonus restrictions. Bonus funds means promotional value governed by offer terms. Bet includes a casino wager or sportsbook selection. KYC means identity, age, address, payment and source-of-funds verification.

2. Eligibility and Legal Age

You must be at least 18 or the higher legal gambling age that applies where you are located. You may use our services only where online gambling is lawful for you. You are responsible for understanding local restrictions and must not use another person’s identity, location or payment method to bypass them.
We may request proof of age and identity at any time. An account can be restricted while eligibility is checked and closed where legal age or lawful use cannot be established.

3. Registration and One-Account Rule

You may hold one account. Registration information must be complete, accurate and kept current. Your legal name, date of birth and address must match verification and payment records. Duplicate, shared, transferred or third-party accounts are prohibited.
You are responsible for keeping credentials private and for activity completed through the account unless you reported unauthorised access promptly. Contact support immediately if a password, device or contact channel is compromised.

4. Verification and Source of Funds

We may request photo identification, proof of address, payment ownership, a selfie or live check, and evidence of income or source of funds. Enhanced checks can apply according to transaction value, activity, security indicators or legal obligations.
Deposits, betting, bonuses and withdrawals may be restricted during review. Documents must be genuine, current, readable and unaltered. False documents, refusal to complete a required check or inconsistent account details can lead to suspension, transaction reversal or closure.

5. Deposits and Account Balances

Use only payment methods you own or are authorised to use. Several fiat routes have a published EUR 20 minimum, while individual methods and currencies can display different limits. Paysafecard can show a EUR 1,000 deposit cap, selected online banking up to EUR 4,000, and crypto routes asset-specific thresholds.
A deposit is credited after the provider confirms it. Failed, reversed, charged-back or fraudulent transactions may be removed from the balance. We may require a deposit to be returned through its original method where payment rules or anti-money-laundering controls require it.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must use an available verified method. Standard published limits are EUR 1,000 daily, EUR 5,000 weekly and EUR 15,000 monthly or the account-currency equivalent. Method caps, jackpot rules or approved account arrangements can differ.
A request may pass through requested, pending, verification, approved and processed stages. We can delay or refuse payment while checking identity, ownership, bonus completion, fraud, chargebacks, prohibited activity or source of funds. If a selected route cannot receive funds, the request can be returned so another approved method can be chosen.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion has separate eligibility, activation, minimum deposit, code, wagering, maximum bet, game contribution and expiry rules. Unless stated otherwise, one bonus may be active at a time and duplicate promotional claims are prohibited.
The standard three-stage welcome package uses codes 120, 130 and 150, requires at least EUR 20 per stage, applies 35x bonus wagering, expires after seven days and limits bonus-funded bets to EUR 5 per round. Slots can contribute 100%; card, roulette, video-poker, casual and lottery products may contribute 5%; jackpot and crash games can be excluded.
Cancelling a bonus can remove bonus funds, unused spins and linked winnings. Breaching the maximum bet, using an excluded game, colluding, hedging or manipulating game contribution can result in reward cancellation and account review.

8. Loyalty Programme

Jet status points can accrue at one per EUR 50 in real-money slot turnover and one per EUR 100 in live casino or roulette. Redeemable points can accrue at one per EUR 200 and remain valid for three months. Levels, spins, cash awards and cashback are subject to the current programme terms and may require manual collection within a deadline.

9. Casino Games

Game rules, paytables, return information and feature conditions form part of these Terms. A wager is accepted when recorded by our system. If a session disconnects, the completed game record determines the result. Availability can change by supplier, account and technical status.
Do not use automated tools, exploit errors, manipulate rounds, collude or interfere with game software. A malfunction voids affected play where the game rules provide for it. We may correct an obvious technical or settlement error and adjust the balance to the valid transaction record.

10. Sportsbook Bets

Sports odds and markets can change until acceptance. Review selection, stake and potential return before confirming. A bet becomes valid when it appears as accepted in account history. Market-specific settlement rules govern abandoned, postponed, interrupted or incorrectly listed events. Obvious price, participant or market errors may be corrected or voided under the sportsbook rules.

11. Prohibited Activity

You must not engage in fraud, money laundering, collusion, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, false-document use, account sale, underage gambling, automated play, system interference or unlawful access. VPN or proxy use that conceals an ineligible location or defeats account controls is prohibited.
We may investigate activity, restrict funds, request evidence, void affected transactions and report conduct to payment providers or authorities where legally required.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

We may restrict, suspend or close an account for security, verification, responsible gambling, legal compliance, Terms breaches or prolonged inactivity. You may request closure through support. A self-exclusion request is handled under responsible gambling procedures and is not the same as ordinary closure.
Valid remaining real-money funds are handled after required checks and deductions. Bonus funds and unqualified rewards may be removed on closure.

13. Responsible Gambling

Gambling involves financial risk and is not a source of income. Account controls can include deposit, loss, wager and session limits, reality checks, cooling-off, self-exclusion, closure and marketing restrictions. Do not chase losses or gamble with borrowed money. Contact support or an independent service such as Gambling Therapy when play becomes difficult to control.

14. Intellectual Property and Website Use

Site content, branding, software, game interfaces and databases are protected by intellectual-property rights. You receive a limited personal right to use the service for lawful gambling. Copying, scraping, reverse engineering, reselling or commercially exploiting the site without permission is prohibited.

15. Privacy, Cookies and Third Parties

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies support login, security, preferences, analytics and authorised marketing. Third-party payment, game and support services can apply their own terms and privacy notices.

16. Liability and Service Availability

We aim to maintain accurate and available services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular game, sports market, payment route or promotion. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, personal device failure, third-party network delay or use contrary to these Terms. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Complaints and Disputes

The complaint is acknowledged, investigated and answered through the registered contact channel. If an independent escalation route applies, the final response will identify it.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for product, security, legal or regulatory reasons. The Last Updated date will change, and material amendments may be communicated through the site, account or registered contact channel. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

19. Governing Law, Severability and Contact

Applicable governing law and jurisdiction depend on the contracting entity and account terms shown during registration. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
